Autoreach is an outreach automation platform for LinkedIn and X (Twitter). The Service includes a web application and browser extension that enables automated lead discovery, outreach sequences, AI-powered conversations, and related features.

To use the Service, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree NOT to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Violate the terms of service of LinkedIn, X, or any third-party platform
  • Send spam, unsolicited messages, or harassing content
  • Impersonate any person or entity
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems
  • Use the Service for any illegal or fraudulent activity
  • Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service without authorization

5. Third-Party Platforms

The Service interacts with third-party platforms including LinkedIn and X (Twitter). Your use of these platforms through our Service is subject to their respective terms of service and policies.

We are not affiliated with LinkedIn or X. You acknowledge that using automation tools may carry risks including account restrictions or suspension by these platforms. You use the Service at your own risk.

6. Subscription and Payment

The Service is offered on a subscription basis. By subscribing, you agree to:

  • Pay all applicable fees as described at the time of purchase
  • Provide valid payment information
  • Authorize recurring charges for your subscription period

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time, and cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.

7. Refunds

All fees are non-refundable except where required by law. If you believe you are entitled to a refund, please contact us to discuss your situation.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

We do not guarantee any specific results from using the Service, including but not limited to lead generation, meeting bookings, or revenue increases.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AUTOREACH SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES.

Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Autoreach and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Autoreach operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
